Customer Satisfaction

At Beauty Cosmetic, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully select and package all products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date
  • The product must be in perfect condition, without any damage to the packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photos of the product and packaging in order to assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Return requests must be approved before sending the product back.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side

Beauty Cosmetic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened perfumes or cosmetic products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
